Every record is assigned a source type, check date, and confidence label before it reaches a tracker or guide.

Source order

1. Official sources: the Steam store, public achievements, and developer patch announcements.
2. Cross-checked route sources: detailed walkthroughs or editorial guides that agree on a reproducible sequence.
3. Community reports: Steam guides and discussion posts used for live testing clues, not treated as official guarantees.
4. Competing databases: useful for discovering missing names, but not enough by themselves to mark a row confirmed.

Labels in the interface

Verified means the core fact is supported by an official page or multiple matching sources. Patch-sensitive means the method may change and carries a checked version. Needs verification means the record remains visible but cannot count toward the tracker’s completion denominator.

Corrections

A useful correction includes the game version, exact item or creature name, lure or quest state, and a reproducible observation. Send it through the error-reporting address. We update the label before rewriting the claim.
